ABC Shelves Day Break
One of my favourite shows to watch in HD is “Day Break”. It’s Groundhog Day with cops and bad guys, basically. And it’s a really really good show. I am majorly ticked that rating were so low that ABC decided to shelve it. Episodes were supposed to run until the end of December before going on hiatus, but now that’s changed. ABC plans to air the remaining produced shows on its website. Which just sucks. There are only a few good shows that I watch, like Prison Break, Heros, The Unit, and Day Break. Day Break was fast becoming my favourite show, too, and now it’s gone! Ga! It’s like Firefly all over again! Noooooooo!
Adam Baldwin - “Day Break” Tv Series is off ABC schedule
PS And no, I didn’t like Day Break just because Adam Baldwin from Firefly was in it. Though that was a nice bonus.

Day Break was GREAT. at the moment, it’s a much better show than Lost, based on the last few episodes. I really think the ads for it were horrible and made people think the show would suck (I did before I actually watched it). really too bad. Oddly, after watching it, the show reminded me less of groundhog’s day and more of Quantum Leap.

Yeah, every time I watched it, my impression of the show got better and better, until it was my favourite show of the week. Though I wonder about the fact that he seemed to lose track of the girl hit by the bus.

I watched 2 1/2 episodes. 1/2 because I couldn’t take the poor acting and weak story telling. It was a premise looking for a story. It was a contrived plot device that let the writers do anything they wanted. You had no opportunity to become invested in any characters because you honestly didn’t care what happened to them because in 10 minutes, it’s be the start of the day again and everyone would be okay. Canceled it should be.

Whatever floats your boat. But I totally disagree.

I don’t know what people had against the acting. I thought it was fine. Day Break was one of the only shows that I watched. I loved the fact that they were going to end the show. I found it brave and unique to actually answer questions. Lost will drag on forever, because they’re milking it. The story will get lost (no pun intended) and people will lose interest. House is a show that I loved, but it got repetitive. How many unknown diseases come in to the same hospital? But a show that is based on repetition and still holds the interest of over 4 million people? C’mon now. That’s impressive. Release the shows on the web site or to ITunes. I’d pay a few bucks to find out what happens.

The last time they mentioned her, he was calling her office to make sure she went in early and didn’t stop for coffee, after that, I think we were meant to assume he still did it, but it just wasn’t shown.

BRING BACK DAY BREAK !!!!!!!!
The show was good, I watched EVERY SINGLE episode.
Everything about the show was great, the cast, the drama, and what matters most was that every episode kept me iterested. Even when I was out and about, I TiVo it to make sure I wouldnt miss it. Why would you broadcast something so good then take it away?

Are the yanks that stupid that they axe a fast moving plot driven show like Day break, lets hope that Dexter doesn’t end up in the same boat. Just when I was getting my faith back in Tv serials
