I asked the question, "once I purchase the content, can I back it up to other media? Is the content mine to keep?" To which the lady replied, "No, the content expires." So, you pay a monthly fee, pay for the set-top box (if you're not using their computer software), and finally pay for content that expires. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!
