That's why you can have 4 out at the same time. You put one in the mail, but you still have 1, 2, or 3 others (depending on when you put other ones in the mail).

I'm in Ottawa, their home base, so I can put one in the mail Monday morning and get a new one by Friday. That helps.

I also use zip.ca.

Its ok but a few problems...

1. From the time I return the DVD to the time a new one arives is usually 5 days.

2. One DVD (that I am pretty sure I did not order) was not delivered to me and counts as "stolen"

A few other mishaps... but the delivery delay (in Toronto) is my biggest beaf.

But for $20 a month, its not bad!
